Mary sprouted from a seed in 1994. After a brief stop in Marketing, she dove back into her paints and earned her BA in Sketch–Comics–Cartoon from AKTO. Since then, she has illustrated children’s books for publishers such as Psichogios, Metaichmio, Kedros, and others. In 2024, she released her first self-published work, titled “Sporos: Autumn”, which earned her the New Artist Award at the 2025 Greek Comics Awards. Wishing to share her love of art, she teaches drawing to children and adults. In 2023, she even returned to AKTO, this time as an instructor. In her free time, she drinks copious amounts of tea and tries to find space for all the bits and bobs from her endless hobbies.
