Brian Krause is an American actor known for his work in film and television. Born in El Toro, California, he made his film debut with Return to the Blue Lagoon (1991), which earned him international recognition. He went on to appear in productions such as An American Summer (1991) and Sleepwalkers (1992), a horror film based on a story by Stephen King.
His most notable role came as Leo Wyatt in the television series Charmed (1998–2006), where he played a Whitelighter and the husband of Piper Halliwell. Beyond Charmed, Krause has appeared in numerous independent films, including Camel Spiders (2011) and House of Purgatory (2016), as well as making guest appearances on TV shows like Mad Men and Castle.
